Payment

Please confirm availability of orders before making payment.

We accept the following forms of payment methods

1. EFT - Electronic Fund Transfer
2. Direct Cash Deposit - additional 3.5% must be added for payments via Cash Deposits for banking fees. Should additional charges not be added, order will be shipped via ordinary postal services to cover any costs. Should the amount be higher, order will not be dispatched until outstanding amount has been paid in.
3. Credit Card via PayPal - International Orders Only.
4. COD - Cash On Delivery -plus additional 3.5% for banking charges.

Our banking details will be provided with invoice on completion of your online order.
Proof of payment must be emailed to accounts@capemulti.co.za or faxed to 088 021 6716962.

Goods will only be released once payment has been made.

Once an order has been placed, it will remain 'on pending' until the stock availability has been confirmed.
Delivery time for stock on hand is between 24 and 72 hours.

Our business hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
All orders placed after hours, weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the first business day that follows.

Returns

We offer full returns on faulty goods, incorrect sizes within 7 days of order.
When returning items, please be aware that shipping cost will be on clients expense, unless the fault is from our side, ie faulty products.

Shipping

Please note the FREE shipping only applies to orders within South Africa and shipping option is via South African Ordinary Postal Service only. Should you wish to have it shipped via courier, there will be a charge for courier fees.
FREE shipping does not apply to specials unless otherwise stated.
